FAQ - Order process

How do I place an order?

• 1. Collect your desired products by adding them to your shopping cart
• 2. Have you found everything you need? Then go to your shopping cart by clicking on the shopping cart icon in the top right-hand corner
• 3. Check your order and choose the option "to checkout"
• 4. Then fill in your address details
• 5. In the next step you can choose with which shipping method you want your order to be delivered
• 6. In the last step you can choose your payment method, after which you can finalise your order

Why can't I order the desired quantity or size of an item?

The website shows the sizes and quantities that we currently have in stock or expect to receive shortly. Is your size not listed? Then it is possible that the item has been completely sold out. You can of course always contact our customer service, where our employees will gladly check it for you!

An article states an expected delivery time of for example 3-5 or 5-10 working days, what does this mean?

An estimated delivery time appears next to the item when it is not directly available from stock. This article has already been ordered at the supplier, but has not yet been delivered to our warehouse. The delivery time indicated is when we expect to deliver the item to you.

Where can I enter my discount code?

If you have a discount code, you can enter it in the last step of the shopping cart under the payment methods. If you order via mobile phone, this is only after you have selected the payment method, but before you go to the checkout.

What are the shipping and return costs?

The shipping costs depend on the value of your order and the country where the package must be delivered. The shipping costs are automatically calculated in the shopping cart when you enter the country of destination. Click here for the shipping costs in your country. Unfortunately, the shipping costs for returns can’t be claimed or refunded by us.

What are the payment options?

We offer several different payment methods. For example, you can choose PayPal, Mastercard and Visa. It is not possible to pay afterwards.
