With adjustable drawstrings and stoppers on the lower hem and on the hood, it provides a customizable fit and keeps out the wind and rain. The sleeves have windbreaker cuffs with thumb holes and ribbed inner cuffs so you can pull the sleeves over your wrists for extra protection.
